Having grown up in Karachi, we grew up eating a lot of Paratha Rolls (Casually aka Rolls). A few years into our migration to this beautiful country we now call home, Canada, we developed this non-ending craving for Rolls like back home.

Back in 2015 we were on a mission to find a roll that would take us back to where it all started. Thrown with roll versions (made in Naan) that made our heart feel wrenched to remotely acceptable versions made in frozen Parathas, we just couldn't find what we were looking for.

That Freshly made hot paratha rolled with authentic chutney and succulent Barbecued meat with just a garnish of Onions still remained a distant dream.

The Bro-Sis duo of Annie and Harris, We took it upon ourselves to develop a recipee that could bring one's tastebuds the experience closest to the Streets of Khadda Market, Bahadurabad and Tariq Road in Karachi.

Fast Forward to May 2018, Yeh Cheez! was born. Yeh Cheez! a true at heart Pakistani expression of pure joy.
